Every detail on this page is filled in and each one is a fact we checked — what the system actually stores and for how long, and what our providers' own published terms say. What has not happened is a lawyer reading it end to end. This notice stays until that does, because a policy that reads as settled while being wrong is worse than one that says where it stands.
What the service is
Shortirex measures publicly available data about YouTube Shorts and delivers a weekly issue for a chosen niche: five ready-to-shoot Shorts scripts — subject, opening line, body, call to action and shot list — each citing the source videos it was derived from. It does not predict trends, does not promise views, reach or revenue, and it does not publish anything on your behalf.
Subscription and cancellation
A subscription runs for the period you pick at checkout — one month or one year — and renews automatically for another period of the same length, at the price shown on the pricing page at the moment you subscribe, until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
You can cancel whenever you like, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not cut short the period you have already paid for, so access runs to the end of it and then stops. Paddle handles the cancellation because Paddle took the payment, and the receipt it emailed you is the way in.
After cancellation your account stays as it is, so coming back later costs you no history. If you would rather it were gone, ask us and we delete it — Privacy says what goes, what has to stay, and why.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services the right can end earlier, but only if the customer expressly agreed to performance starting before the period ends and acknowledged losing the right. That consent has to be collected at checkout — it cannot be assumed from the terms alone, which is the usual mistake.
We do not shorten it. The period is 14 days and there is no goodwill window beyond it; Refunds says the same thing and is the page to read for how to ask. Both are subordinate to Paddle's own policy, since Paddle is the merchant of record for every order.
Availability
We do not promise any particular uptime. We work to keep the service running and we would rather you never noticed it was there, but no service level is guaranteed, none is owed, and nothing here entitles you to compensation for an outage. If a fault keeps you out of a subscription you paid for, write to us — and your statutory rights as a consumer are untouched by this paragraph.
What we measure and what we do not own
Analyses are derived from public metadata and public video text. We do not republish other people's videos or transcripts, and nothing in the product transfers rights in anyone else's content. Formats, techniques and formulas are not protected by copyright; the specific expression of a work is.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer this choice cannot take anything away from you: the mandatory protections of the country you live in continue to apply whatever this page says. And because Paddle is the merchant of record, the sale itself is governed by Paddle's terms — those are the ones you accept at checkout.
